Please note:

    If you do not have a paypal account, you can still checkout with your credit card using paypal, you will not be required to open a paypal account.

    On checkout, cash option will not be present if “Canada Post” shipping option is selected.

  • Warehouse Pickup (You pickup your purchase from our warehouse Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. For after hours and weekends, Give us a call to schedule pickup time)
  • Canada Post (Your purchases will be shipped by Standard Post or Expedited parcel)
    • Within Canada 1 to 7 Business Days
    • USA 3 to 10 Business Days
    • International 5 to 14 Business Days

How long is the product warranty?

Length varies of warranty from item to item. We offer 30 days to 90 days. Warranty duration is stated in each listed item.

What does the warranty cover?

Warranty covers defective productive due to normal use. We will exchange for exact item or give you store credit.

Does warranty cover physical or water damaged?

Unfortunately our warranty does not cover physical or water damage even if its accidental

How do I do get an exchange for defective product?

If your device is not working as expected, give us a call or text, we will give you a replacement or in cases where we long have the item in stock we can repair the defective product or you can repair and we will reimburse for the repair cost.

Exchange can be made at the warehouse or my shipping your item in
